Product Return & Replacement Policy

At Hamper House by Chitra Singh, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in curating and packaging each product to ensure you receive only the best quality. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or video evidence of the product and packaging.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Please note:

Personalized, perishable, or customized hampers are not eligible for return or exchange unless received in damaged condition.
Items purchased during sale or festive offers are non-returnable unless damaged.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

Email us at hamperhousenoida@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 93104 68032 within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos.
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Once approved, you may be asked to return the product to our warehouse or we will arrange a reverse pickup (depending on your location).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Replacements

If the product qualifies for a replacement (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will ship the replacement item free of charge within 3–5 business days of approval.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
